Prices and Payment plan
Grand Bazar shops are categorized in three different zones, and each zone has different rate per sqft. Bookings start from 30% down payment, and 20% amount is payable at the time of possession. 50% is payable in 12 equal quarterly or 36 monthly installments, so the payment period is 3 years.
